1 small head of cabbage
1 cup thinly sliced daikon radishes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
½ cup minced cilantro
1 tablespoon thinly sliced jalapenos
Shred cabbage and combine with radish slices. Mix olive oil, salt and lime juice in a small container, shaking well. Pour over cabbage mixture and allow to stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until flavorful. Toss with cilantro and jalapenos just before serving.
