ABUNDANCE IS HERE!
We’ve been waiting since last spring to see this beautiful diversity of crops thriving in the fields. We dodged the heat wave last week by just a degree of latitude. This week our lettuces are looking great and our bok choy are growing inches a day! We’re grateful for this mild weather that creates the best growing conditions (and working conditions) of the entire year. This week we’ll be finishing our potato plantings and seeding lots of sweet corn, green beans, and squash. We’re going to do our best to enjoy this cool weather while it lasts and we’ll use the extra productivity to get our warm season crops in the ground for April and March. Thank you for supporting our farm and enjoying the bounty we’ve worked so hard to produce! Please check prices again on all your favorite crops as many have been updated to reflect the more efficient harvests.
