Ginger is a tonic that can help relieve tension and stress, also great at calming an upset stomach.
Ingredients
2 inches of fresh ginger, grated
5 limes
2 1/2 cups water
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup fresh chopped mint leaves
Directions
- Grate ginger to a fine pulp. Squeeze pulp firmly over a medium pitcher to release juice.
- Juice the limes into the pitcher.
- Add the water and stir.
- Stir in maple syrup and mint. Ready to serve
