Ingredients
6 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup brown rice
Directions
- In a large pan, combing turmeric, ginger, cumin, salt, and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add brown rice and reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve hot
