Meet the man behind the mushrooms!
We met Jonathan Martin, Fungi Jon, over a decade ago as an enthusiastic customer in Winter Park. He would come to our booth regularly to stock up and loved the food. When he started his own business with mushrooms, we were happy to work with him and support his endeavor. We are so pleased to be able to offer mushrooms grown on organic soybean hulls from a passionate and dedicated producer!
