    Our arugula is so fresh and flavorful, I have been eating it all on it’s own! Drizzle a little olive oil, squeeze of lemon, a sprinkle of salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add radish and cucumber to make a fuller, yet simple salad.

    I like to leave the beans longer for pretty plating presentation! But, you can trim them up and use as you would familiar green beans. Here’s a quick and simple recipe for Stir-Fried Long Beans:
