This morning started warm and humid as the warm front came up overnight. We’re now looking at many inches of rain falling as the cold front passes today. Sometimes in drops, sometimes in sheets, the heavy rain threatens our freshly seeded beds of carrots, dill, radishes, and cilantro. We’re hoping that mother nature spares our hard work from washing down into the drains of the farm. If we’re lucky we’ll have carrots for you all in January through May. This week we’ll be prepping for the frost, preparing our greenhouse, and harvesting our sugar cane before it gets burnt down. -Farmer John
