Tomatoes: http://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/pasta-with-sun-gold-tomatoes Who doesn’t love a great pasta recipe?!
Muraski Sweet Potatoes : These potatoes are purple in color but are white on the inside. Bake, boil, roast or mash these sweet potatoes which are high in calcium, vitamin C and amino acids. They have a very full-bodied flavor.
Red Russian Kale : Red Russian and Black kale (also called Lacinato or Tuscan kale) are more tender and need less cooking time, while the frillier blue-green varieties are hardier and take longer. Even when fully cooked, kale will be chewy, but pleasantly so. Its flavor and texture benefit from sautéing a few aromatics in the pan first; a good recipe to try: Braised Kale with Pancetta.
Panisse Lettuce : Panisse lettuce is a oak leaf lettuce with a very mild flavor. Showcase this lettuce in some wonderful salads.
